Went here for lunch. The place was completely empty. Stood at the front door for a good 5 minutes before the lady from the back... said "go seat yourselves" so we did. There were 4 kids under the age of 6 with us and on the tv there was a 14+ show on. We satthere awkwardly trying to keep the kids from watching the tv and NO ONE approached our table. After being a customer since the business opened in the 80s...NEVER AGAIN!!! I am sick of the downright ignorant attitude of... that decrepit old woman they insist on keeping as a waitress. I walked in at a minute or two past 7. Only 2 tables wereoccupied. The old hag shuffled over, dropped a menu and took my drink order and asked if I needed cream and sugar for my coffeeAfter roughly 10 minutes she brought a glass of water and a bowl of butter packets...then finally brought my coffee but still nosugar or cream then proceeded to say it was the last cup from the pot from dinner and was I going to make her have to makeanother pot. Meanwhile the people at both other tables were waving their arms and calling for her attention...which she ignored.Her outright ignorant tone and attitude was so astounding I simply walked out and went elsewhere. Called at 6:00 to reserve and were told they were full so to come at 7:00. Asked if they would call us if a table opened up... sooner. Walked in at 6:45 and the place was empty. Ordered water with a wedge of lemon. Water came and we were told they wereall out of lemon. Ordered 4 - 3 pc chicken dinners with 2 sides. We were told the sides were fries and coleslaw. After weordered the waiter came back and said they were out of coleslaw, so asked if we would like onion rings with our fries. I ordereda deep fried pickle instead of the onion rings and after awhile we were told they were all out of pickles. The place was emptybut we waited over half an hour for our meals and When the orders came, one was missing the onion rings, the chicken was totallydry and overcooked. When we went to pay for the bill, we were charged extra for gravy and the pickle was still on my bill, eventhough they did not have it.
