Classic A&W restaurant - no bells, no whistles, just burgers. The drive thru was relatively quick and the food arrived warm.... They followed the changes I required for allergies and even offered additional information for future reference. While theBeyond burgers were great, the poutine wasn't so much. The fries weren't cooked as well as the side order of fries, but at leastthey offered a good amount of gravy and cheese. Definitely one of the better locations in Ottawa - I just wish the parking lotwas easier to navigate (of course, that's not on them). Read more
They took forever to get our food made and then when I got it she just didn?t give me one of my fries and said I never ordered... it. I went to A&W today and it came out to less this time. Several minutes to get acknowledged at the drive through, even longer wait for breakfast. When they finally bring us our food... the scrambled eggs weren't cooked. Time wasted for gross food. Read more
