Ordered at drive thru and the speaker NEEDS to be upgraded/ fixed as it's very hard to hear the staff, have to say "hi" to get... attention and has been like this for a long time. 1. Dairy queen app is about the worst one out there. They need to make the transition alot smoother and not have to wait 10 min... for them to fiqure out the coupon you are trying to redeem. 2.
