This location is completely horrible, I've gone with take out 7 TIMES IN A ROW, and it's still messed up, they literally hired a... new employee for this, and it's happening more, this location doesn't even show up on the official McDonalds maps when you tryto file a complaint. I see Joan Benoit is back again to be rude to some of the customers I see. I go there almost daily and at times I have a coffee... and other times I like 2 Big Mac meals for two. I would give it no stars because of Joan Benoit and the other 4 stars because Ilike most of the staff. Should do a little better job keeping the place clean and also when the kids go there you have to listento them curse and just be LOUD. Joan Benoit can't count. I had to pay extra on my food when I was supposed to get money back. Of course she didn't do that . And... you can't tell about the mistake because she will look at you like you have two heads and. I seen her roll her eyes right infront of me when I asked her if I could get my tabe cleaned off and wiped down. What a mess, how do someone like that work atMcDonalds seriously. That's why don't want Joan Benoit serving me. Also she doesn't wear a mask. She is the most unpleasantand ignorant person I've ever met. Ordered two Big Mac combos. The fries were hot but the Big Macs were meh. The toppings on the Big Macs were thrown on and one... of the meat patties was ripped and thrown on top of the bun.
