It was ok. Potatoes weren't cooked. They also were out of alot of food items Not even a pc of lemon or lime. My husbands ribs... were cold. Probably wouldn't recommend going to this restaurant before calling to make sure they have inventory. Read more
We were a table of 5, I am Celiac. The gluten free menu online says the Fries, my first choice, are Gluten Free. They are not.... Also, the Rice Pilaf, my second choice, says Gluten free , but it is not, so I settled for Cold Dry Mashed Potatoes. The plateshad no garnish, I had to ask for my Chalet sauce, the buns were cold in the middle, frozen in one case. One meal, the friesdidn't come, and we had to ask, two cups of tea came late, the chicken on Cesar Salad was Very Dry, the french fries weren'tvery good, my chicken had dry parts that were almost bone. Even the service was sub par. To rate my experience out of 10, Iwould say 3.5 at best. Read more
Ordered from skip waited an hour the skip driver showed up no order ready so the restaurant canceled the order and turn off the... service another half hour went by before I started looking for the order! By this time they had closed! Very unprofessional inmy opinion they could of called or simply just made the order instead of turning the driver away! Read more

Worst Experience going to Swiss Chalet . Been going to this location since it opened. Both meals came out Luke warm including... the appetizer . Even the Chalet sauce was barely warm. I Had to get the manager who was extremely combative right from the startand very rude just because we asked for a hot meal .This is the last time our family goes to the Kelsey location. If I find outthat owner owns all of them . I wont bother going to S.C anywhere in NL ..... Lots of other restaurants out there who arecompeting for customers . I realize that its not easy working in a restaurant but my job isn't easy either so if I'm paying fora meal with my hard earned cash it would be nice if it was hot and not have to defend my request.
