We ordered buffalo chicken mac and cheese from this location and added extra chicken. On the website it said Add on for extras... so I think it was very clear that we wanted extra chicken. Anyways, we go pick up the mac and cheese, only to find out therewasn’t any chicken in it. We went back to let them know that there’s no chicken. The manager at first seemed very confidentand said he packed it himself so there’s definitely chicken in it, and made us look like liars. We told him to open the boxand then he realized he confused the order. In no way he was apologetic, instead he kept on saying that there was chicken in it.Anyways, he told us they would make us another one. To our surprise, we had to go back again because once AGAIN there wasn’tany chicken in it. We wouldn’t be so adamant on getting the chicken but we paid extra for it and the manager didn’t careabout us at all. However, the staff were nice enough to apologize hence extra star for the girl. The food was good and the atmosphere is definitely up to brand standard. The only downside is that we didn't get any top ups on... our drinks which we received prior to receiving our main dishes. So got a little parched. Our sever Angela was very nice. Read more

We don't go out to eat often but when we do Boston Pizza is one of our go-to's, simply because they actually have decent vegan... meat and cheese options, unlike most restaurants, and we always have a good experience at the Kelsey Drive location. Consistently excellent food and service. Every time I've dined at this location in the last year or so I've always had awonderful experience. The servers are always welcoming, the food is always delicious, and I'm always impressed with how fast thekitchen staff is. Even on the busiest of evenings the food comes out almost immediately.
