This place is so disgusting the washroom look like it wasn?t cleaned in a week. I?ll never step inside that dirty place ever... again. Worse Tim?s I been too, I see dirty rims before but this was not fit to walk into. Read more
Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons in Newfoundland. The staff are very rude and lack basic manners. I don't think there has been a... time inside this last 3 years that my order has been right. My last and final experience with this joke of a business, afterwaiting 20 mins and watching 5 other customers get their food made, I told the supervisor that the lady clearly needs help andhas forgotten about my order, only to be ignored, I became quite annoyed as I was now 10 mins late for work. I demanded my moneyback (15$ order) and was told no because I'm frustrating them. They saucy young lady at the cash took a 20$ bill and threw it inmy face and told me to leave. I've requested numerous times to speak to the manager Arthur who owns this and 2 other locations.Unfortunately he hasn't reached out to defend his ignorant employees. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, LITERALLY JUST DRIVE 3MORE MINS DOWN THE ROAD TO THE TIMS NOT OWNED BY ARTHUR!!!! Read more
