The food is good... However recently this location has been closed to eating inside. They have a sign on the door that says they... don't have enough staff to maintain service. So this location is drive through only for most of the week. That is quite aninconvenience, also a shame as inside this is quite a well designed space with nice decor. Read more
I was speaking very slow and carefully so i am easy to understand and every time i tried to add something i was interupted over... and over again i was unable to speak and some rude grumpy lady took over the drive thru and just sounded like she was angry withme over the headset and the greeting at the window wasnt the friendliness. Also repeated myself 6 times!!! And they still got myorder wrong. For me personally I would go the extra way too another tim hortans franchise. This was my third chance with themsince it is on my route of convenience but not again. Read more
WORST EXPERIENCE I?VE EVER HAD AT A TIM HORTONS!!! They served me burnt potato wedges that were completely inedible, and forgot... my chipotle dip with them. I went back inside to get fresh wedges and my dip, I was standing there about 5 minutes beingcompletely ignored. A guy walks over to the counter puts timbits and a coffee there and says here?s your order? I said no I?mactually just waiting to complain about these wedges, I then asked for fresh ones and a lady working yells out to tell me sheserved me the last ones, makes sense as to why they were so dry and burnt. This was around 4:15pm, and they didn?t plan onmaking any more? My iced coffee was also white there was that much cream in it, I asked for extra base not cream. At this pointI wanted a refund, the lady asked me if I wanted it in card or cash, I said cash. Then she walks away and continues working inthe kitchen? I again stood there for over 5 minutes just waiting for a refund? 2 men also waiting starting telling me howhorrible their experience was too. After this I still didn?t have my money back, or any fresh food so I told them I?d be backfor my refund and that I couldn?t wait any longer. I was on my lunch break and I couldn?t even enjoy it, I had to leave and getback to work.. never again!!!! The employees at this specific location are undertrained and super ignorant to their customers,if I could rate 0 stars I would. Pathetic. Read more
They got my order wrong Both times I was there. First time I asked for coffee they gave me tea.. Second time was today and I... asked for two strawberry filled donuts and they gave me birthday cake.. not going there anymore. Overall this store needs to paymore attention to there customers and give them what they are asking for. Read more
