Unfortunately I have to give a negative review. The sushi is delicious and the atmosphere is great. However, the customer... service is terrible. Waited over half an hour for someone to take my second order while others who came 15 minutes prior to meleaving were already on their second course or third. They seem severely understaffed and I never have the same waiter when Icome here (turnovers maybe)? Either way I have given this business so many chances to improve their customer service and everytime I go it?s a hit or miss. Seems like they prioritize DoorDash orders rather than people who are eating in. In the span ofmy half hour wait for my second order I saw several DoorDash orders go out. I figured that a paying customer that actuallycomes to your establishment to eat should be given priority as they DRIVE there to EAT at YOUR business. Not the other wayaround. I should also mention this happens almost every time I come here. The lack of organization turns away customers,including myself who will not be wasting my money here again just to leave hungry. I am not going to pay for a buffet just toleave after getting two sushi rolls. Albeit in the past I have paid full price for a buffet I did not get, which wasunfair. The food is great, but the customer service takes away from it. Get more staff, better training on your orderingsystem, and stop prioritizing DoorDash orders over in-person customers who took the time to actually eat in-person. Read more

Food was amazing. Staff was friendly. But we went for the buffet and, while our table of 8 was big, we never got exactly what we... ordered each round (usually less than ordered) AND it took forever. We were there for 2hr 15mins and I left not feeling full.That's the saddest part of any buffet. Read more
Went for the all you can eat for the first time last year, we were there for 2 hours. Service was so slow. Didn?t get half the... stuff we ordered, either because they forgot or went to the wrong table. Seems like there just no organization and servers goingall over the place. Well, yesterday, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. No way it could be the same over a year later. Boywas I wrong. Exact same experience. Absolutely nothing changed. Wanted to order dessert from the all you can eat, but didn?twant to wait 30 minutes for it. That was definitely our last visit there. Good food.
