Just left there never did receive our meal , I was asked to leave because I confronted our server, about her lack of attention.... We were seated no acknowledgement for about 15 minutes came and asked for our drinks, brought those left for about 20 minutesbefore coming back to take our order, I wanted to try the soup and asked for the salad as well (all you can eat ) . Was toldthey only bring out 1 at a time. 10 more minutes go by she brings the soup and my husband's salad, I took 3 bites of the soupand it was horrible, so I spent the next 15 minutes trying to get her attention to bring me a salad now, mind you now we are ahour in and no food yet for me, and then she is gonna gave a attitude because I had words, she told me she didn't have to serveme and I obliged her. If you are looking into a more authentic Italian experience, this is not the place you should be. The only good items on the... menu were the soups. The food in general is tasteless, and the spritz tastes funny. On the positive side, the server is amazing. Read more
Waitress met us and very briskly said you have to wait. We are getting a table for a party of 7. They were not even at the... restaurant yet. Next we were seated to a table at the entrance from the hotel. People constantly walking by our table to getinto the restaurant. We asked right away if we could get another table.in the opposite corner away from that entrance. She Veryrudely said no because the waiter is not serving that area Apparently even tho the restaurant was almost empty she could notseat us elsewhere. Absolutely no respect for the customers. An older waitress who acted way more important than she was. . ISaid we felt very uncomfortable there especially because of close contact with so many people coming and going so close to usincluding kitchen staff taking trolleys of food into the hotel area. She went on to say my husband do not even wear a mask ashe is not worried about close contact. We were the paying customers not her or her husband. After coming in for a afternoon lunch we were offered the lunch option instead of the dinner option (which I would have assumed... to be cheaper then the supper meal as it didn?t include soup/salad and more bread, normally we?ve had multiple breads come outbut the one we received at the beginning was small and dried up. I?m not quick to judge and I?m extremely easy going hence why Ididn?t want to kick up a fuss in the restaurant. Our meals arrived, my fettuccine was extreme watery to the point there was nosauce sticking to it, and the portion was very small, no worries stuff like that happens, then it came to the bill we split itand I had an iced water and a small fettuccine, 21.00 is what it came to.
