Edit: I decided to give another try and today was no different. I ordered two meals that came to $24 and then they said there... was no sandwich bread ready yet and offered it on bagels which is half the size. I asked for wraps instead. They werepractically empty and freezing cold. Not grilled. My cappuccinos also did not have the sweeteners I asked for. Idk what?s goingon here but they should be reviewed and checked out by corporate at this location. Came in two days ago at 4ish pm and theolder lady at the counter was amazing and worked so efficiently! The younger girl working the drive thru looked around 14 andsomeone on counter needed help and the young lady huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes over and over and was super mean in frontof customers to her co worker. Hands down the worst service to date at a tim hortons. The kid working the drive through failed to give me my order and took... over 10 minutes to make a bagel. Asked for me to repeat my order over 5 times. Read more
The Kiosks didn't work as once we finalized our order it would reset. We then ordered at the cash 2 meal combos and the cashier... was nice. It then took 8 minutes for the food to arrive, and while we waited we got to here management berate the staff. Uponreceiving our order we were missing 2 items, which took an additional 4 minutes to prepare in an empty restaurant. My favouritepart was when I ordered a plain bagel, then insisted they were out of plain bagels, and after ordering a everything bagel Ireceived a plain bagel with no cream cheese. this is hands down the worst tim?s in north end st. catharines. as the years go on the staff just gets worse and worse. it takes... 30+ mins to get your order even if it?s just a simple muffin. the staff is always in the worst mood and it carrie?s on into yourmood. they think complaining about each other to customers is acceptable as well as other customers. even the managers are sounprofessional. i once got served a bagel by one of the managers ( took over half an hour ) only to find a long pink colouredhair in it. i could go on and on about how horrible this location is. also, just updating the fact that a new employee justyelled at my boyfriend and i for not showing proof that we paid for OUR order. just for the manager to come out and say that shelost it. we finally got our order 45 minutes later and it was still wrong. Avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs. Please. I often come here to get coffee and the coffee is totally fine, aside from... somewhat excessive wait times. I made the mistake of getting a breakfast sandwich on my lunch break. The picture attached doesnot do the situation justice; the English muffin were both ice cold (like genuinely ice cold, hard in the middle from being halffrozen, if you know what I mean) and so was the slice of American cheese. When I complained, the worker took the sandwich back,threw it in the microwave, did not apologize or even say anything at all when handing it back. Not to mention the English muffinwas half carved out, as shown in the picture. I?m usually not bothered by reasonably unpleasant experiences at restaurantsgiven that I have served in the past and understand how stress can cause errors, but this was inexcusable. This is my first everreview and I don?t plan to go around and leave more. I just could not not say something. Please just avoid this place at allcosts. Read more
