Wow! Put in an online order yesterday. Said it would be ready at 7:10. When I got to the restaurant I was ignored. One employee... was just making tacos with a headphone in and talking on the phone everyone else pretended we weren't there. After 5 min someoneacknowledged me only for us to find out no one even started on our order. They didn't have the drink I wanted, which turned outto be the least of my worries. Got home and everything was so over cooked and over salted! The DARK MEAT chicken was drier thanwhite meat usually is. My chicken sandwich was like a mouthful of sand. The chicken fingers were like if someone forgot theyfried them and battered and fried them again. I don't expect gormet when I go to KFC I do however expect my food to be edible. Read more
I order a 4 piece meal box. The meal was garbage and a rip off. They put 2 tiny old chicken wings and two pieces chicken butt... with old fries in a box, after I waited 10 min. And Flat pop too, top it off. A waste of my $12 and my time. Stay away from thislocation. Read more
It's amazing no action has been taken with this place with all the bad reviews. The fries were cold and tasted like card... board.. the chicken wasn't fresh.. and I waited 22min to get to the window and they were out of bottled water.. Shameful service???? Read more
I got in here order the food waited 15 minutes I went up to the counter and asked where is my food they said chicken will be... ready in about 5 to 10 minutes The cashier did not tell me the timing or that they have chicken down and it will take half anhour to make The employees are on there phones took him about 5 minutes to come and talk to me at the counter this is by farone of the worst KFCs I've ever been to tables are all unsanitary the manager or the owner of this company needs to really comehere and put his foot down at fire every one of these people that are working here I am not the type of person to think ofbread and butter away from anybody but oh my God this is the most complete stupidness I promise this business will go under ifsomething is not been done by people are frustrated and waiting for their food the time I was here bunch of customers arecomplaining The fact that everybody is on their phones and not paying attention to their customers that says a lot about thisplace Read more
