Ordered delivery. When it arrived there were a few issues: 1) Gave me the wrong burger 2) Didn?t give us any dip with the sweet... potato fries 3) Found a hair in the sweet potato fries 4) No straws. My husband and I stopped by and thoroughly enjoyed our meals (him: Uncle Burger; me: Habanero chicken). Staff was very friendly... and courteous. We got home and I realized that I had left my purse at A&W's. PANIC ATTACK!!!! I called and was very politelytold that they had a purse (they had not opened it) - so I just needed to show something with my identity (used my passport) andthey compared it to the identity in my wallet. The staff is very accommodating even if we stepped in late around 10pm, since we got busy with our schedule (... tourist????????).They still welcomed us and took our orders for dine in. The burgers are so good???? I like the onion rings andof course I got the A&W rootbeer! Read more
we went through the drive-through the staff were very courteous and nice but they don?t have large drinks and all I wanted to... ask, can I drink my drink in the parking lot it?ll take me 30 seconds come back through the drive-through then they said oh youhave to come in the store which is fine I?ll come in the store but then they said oh you can?t get a refill if you come back inthe store. Now if it were a two dollar drink I wouldn?t complain that much but for two medium size pops at almost 7 dollarsthat?s a little bit outrageous and not being able to get a refill, guys started up.
