Pathetic service. We got 13 pieces family meal today and the large fries were missing. We realized that when we were home... already. Kids were really hungry so I told my husband ,let's keep the receipt and get the fries after dinner. My husband madeall the effort to go again and rather then apologizing they completely denied him and said they packed up fries earlierindicating that he was lying. This was not the first time they have messed up our order rather it has happened few timesalready. We have been a customer for roughly 2 years and this was our last time. I will also make sure none of our friends andfamily go to this location too. They just don't have common courtesy!!!! This is a reply to your answer. First of all I didemail your customer service. I'm very much aware how that works. My question is what you actually do to fix this issue? Hiringstudents with out proper training to save your ???? won't help you.
