Usually order here, the service has gotten really slow. Waited 20 minutes extra, guy at the counter disappeared in the back,... bunch of people waiting and not a single word to try rectify of help anyone. Waited over an hour and a half for a hot and ready with stuffed crazy bread... this is what I got.. called the store and no one... answered. While waiting an hour and a half I watched 2 people leave without their refunds or food, as they were refused refundafter waiting over an hour themselves. Usually the pizza is really good but the last couple of times it has not been great. Crust is so dry and crispy and it tasted... like I was eating wet bread with sauce on it. I love going to Little Caesars, its convenient quick and inexpensive pizza. Unfortunately my last experience at Vine street... location was not a pleasant one. I waited about 3-5mins when I first entered. I was greeted by a obviously tired employee whoseemed to be working by herself. She gave me a excuse she was working with bad dough because there fridge or freezer was actingup. All I could do was leave.
