My mom is from Michigan and came down to visit. We haven?t been to Swiss chalet in so long so had to revisit! Was super... disappointed to hear they no longer have pasta. I was pleasantly surprised with our service from Meg though! Thank you, it?sbeen so long since I have been served really well! I got wings and a salad and my mom got a dark chicken dinner. I have ordered SC for years but quality has slipped. I spent a lot of money tonight for my Mom(96) & I to have a treat. The... coleslaw tasted slimy and has a chemical taste. Out to garbage. Very small amount of roast beef ends without gravy orhorseradish, French fries bits that were dry & old. Not impressed. Called the ?so called manager? & he seemed bored &uninterested in what I had to saw. This just proves to me that I cannot trust SC to make a decent, fresh meal even at a hugeprice. I cannot even trust if the coleslaw will make us sick so cannot take that chance anymore. Since SC don?t care about theirproduct & my health then ?Goodbye to SC?. My instance showed excellent customer service from the manager and the... waitress he had to end up sending because the delivery driver refused to take a detour when a road was closed. Customer servicelike this is what we are missing in the world now. Also, I?d like to get the tip money I prepaid given to the girl who actuallydelivered and make sure the driver who didn?t want to work doesn?t get it. If not possible, I?d like it back. Ps.
