Went to this Starbucks yesterday and had an awful experience. My kids in the back were thirsty so on top of my $25 order, and 15... minute wait I asked for two cups of water. The lady who took my order seemed frustrated and passive-aggressivly reminded me thatI could have added these items while I placed my order, when I apologized she said "hmm I guess they just got thirsty after youplaced your order". I'm not someone who often writes negative reviews but that experience was completely unnecessary, and Iexpect more from a company that prides themselves on customer service. Read more
I am pretty loyal to Starbucks, as I am willing to pay the extra money for the consistency they USUALLY offer but am pretty... disappointed with this location. Stood there for 20mins while watching 3 people who ordered immediately after me (not mobileorders) receive their drinks before me. Eventually the male barista asked the other if she had started my drink, she said "I'mworking on it now" and then I watched her go re-call out mobile orders, and then go to the cash to chat to one of the otherbaristas. Finally received my drink after the male barista ended up having to finish whatever she started, only to get a"grande" 3/4 full, less if you factor in the foam and whipped cream. It would be one star except that my drink was free (theycouldn't accept payment due to their systems being down) I would have gladly paid, if it would have made a difference. Read more
I order from here ALL the time as it?s the closest Starbucks to home and before my hour+ ride to work, so of course..... coffee! However, the quality and quantity of things that shouldn?t be compromised? as for one, you?re paying for the largersize. Lately I?ve been receiving venti hot drinks that are half full. Especially if I ask for ?no foam,? they fill it half way.On the cold drinks that are ?no ice? and I?ll even pay for EXTRA juice or milk/etc? they fill it 3/4 of the way still. Notimpressed. The service here was excellent. But there is limited seating and the small bistro-style tables, which I like, are mostly in the... poorly lit back of the cafe by the bathrooms and crowds of people waiting for their orders. It made for a not-so-greatexperience. Read more
