Literally the worst Tim Hortons I've ever stepped foot in. Workers are all ignorant. Ordered a coffee and bagel this morning.... Bagel was literally thrown at me. Not even toasted or cut. I am extremely upset and horrified. Today I ordered a DECAF medium coffee and instead they game me a normal coffee. Here?s the... thing, I have a chronic condition that affects my brain if Ihave large amounts of caffeine, as well as a heart condition. Whichis why I must drink decaf and not normal coffee. After drinking my coffee today I had an episode from my disorders from thecoffee that put me in the hospital. Last week a similar Incident happened where I got an iced coffee for my coworker with milkspecifically and not cream as she is allergic and they put cream in it. Luckily I could see the colour difference and caught itbefore it killed her. If you have health issues and require the drinks made a certain way, don?t come here.
