Sat at the window for 2 minutes and had to start talking to them before anyone even said anything, when they did answer the... employee complained over the speaker that another employee was supposed to take the order and not her. When I got to the windowI sat for another 4 minutes without anyone opening the window. (I was the only vehicle in line and it did not appear busy insideat all. When the window did open, I was met with another employee that looked that he absolutely hated his job. I handed him thecash and he handed me what looked like a cold brew so I asked if it was an iced coffee. The employee then shakes the cup to mixit a little better and says "I've worked here for 4 years so I think I know what it looks like" then handed me my change. Itried to apologize as I didn't mean any insult but he shut the window immediately after the change. This location is alwaysslow, food and drink are tolerable, and the staff are unprofessional. Petition to close this tim hortons. I just live next to this store and they are the worst. They always take time even if it?s... just a coffee.
