This is third visit and third time the automatic door did not work. I am in wheelchair and struggled to get in as they watched... and made no attempt to help. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE? RACIALLY MOTIVATED BIAS. My friend (afflicted with a cold) resided in the corner AWAY from the... servers to get out from the rain as she waited for an open slot at the walk-in. Was then told to dump her personal hot drink(which is not even an enforced rule), and after my friend commented that the manager did not treat her hospitality and asked forthe manager?s name, was promptly kicked out for no reason? not even after being there for less than an hour. Manager THREATENEDshe would call the police if my friend did not leave. Furthermore, after family called to check why their sickly daughter waskicked out under no basis, the manager initially ignored the calls, then LIED about my friend being there, and promptly hung upany calls received afterwards. This treatment, especially towards a young black woman, does not reflect on Canada?s values andmorals. DISGUSTING. Read more
