I don't like the service they provide. Not everyone has a car, so why can't a walkin get their coffee at the same time as a... person on a car via drive thru. It's horrible to walk all the way to their shop and being turned around without being able tobuy your coffee. I usually take it in a good manner but after having a rough night i just wanted a cup of coffee and i couldn'teven get that while they had no problem serving someone who happened to order thru driveway. I sat in drive thru at 9:30pm for 7 minutes. Noone asked for my order. I drove to the window and watched staff talk to each... other. She finally came to the window after a man ignored me. This by far must be the worst Tim hortons in St Catherine's. Upon using the app an ordering chili along with the rest of the... items The order was wrong. They had no chili there was no phone call made back to change an order instead they sent some typeof Minestroni soup. The soup was nothing but broth broth and we also noticed on the receipt that they took an automatic $2 tipon top of the order. Read more
