I had a great experience at this restaurant. Ths food was tasty and price was reasonable. Tables were not cleaned properly both... time I visited, this could be the result of lack of staff or training or both. Read more
Very polite service for all we could eat sushi dinner. Adult drinks were enjoyable, but they paid attention to a full menu of... mocktail drinks as well. I don't know how they do it. Typical all you can eat sushi quality. Great variety. For 2 adults on a Saturday night, I paid approx. $95 before tip. Torched... squid sushi is the best. Lots of stairs to climb to get to the washroom. Fast and great service. Read more
Great quality sushi for a good price! The sashimi was very tender and fresh, shrimp tempura (not pictured) was so juicy and... flavorful, and the dragon rolls were melt in your mouth good! $40 per person for AYCE and it's NOT buffet-style so no need toworry about other people! Read more

Service was a little slow, and we waited about 15 minutes for refills on our drinks. The kitchen was super loud and it sounded... like plates or trays were being dropped on the floor by the dozens every few minutes. The food is great, but I find Wind to be abit better in quality and care. East Izakaya does have a larger menu than Wind, however they're lacking in curry and food isbrought out in a very odd order. Several hot dishes, like beef teriyaki (my favourite) were served cold. Overall, the food wegot was pretty decent but everything else was a bit of a mess. There's still a bunch of dishes being thrown around the kitchenas I type this... Also the price for lunch and dinner is very difficult to find, so I'm attaching a picture of theirpricing EDIT: I forgot to mention that the staff seemed very confused with food allergy concerns. My boyfriend is allergic tocashews and we had to repeat that to three different people, one of which was confused as to what a cashew is... it was a hugeconcern because we didn't know if they were really understanding the allergy or not, and my boyfriend is extremely allergic. Wefound out they do not serve any tree nuts but it took us repeating the allergy to several people before that was mentioned. Itdid not impact our meal, but it was very worrisome. Read more
