I went in for lunch and had to make sure it was open as the lights were dimmed and no one was inside the front when I got there.... Inside I ordered a meal with double chicken but when I received it I don?t feel like it was a double chicken but it sure costlike it did. The staff, when they come out to the front we?re friendly. I used the washroom while waiting for food and saw howfilthy is was in there. I hope the kitchen was cleaner than the washroom. The floors were sticky the mirrors were dusted overand the air vent cover was covered with lots of stuff and hadn?t been cleaned in some time. Read more
I?d like to say I?m a regular customer, always good food and follows instructions. But tonight was a bit iffy, not to sure if... the guy that I ordered with who also prepared my food is new or not cause I?m pretty sure it?s my first time seeing him. Iordered a regular Sweet Mongolian combo to go. Opened the box when I got home, first thing I seen was the lime on the top lookedto be pretty old and already squeezed, not fresh like usually does so I threw that right out. Also asked for Chow Mein noodles,buddy confirmed that I wanted Chow Mein, I said yes and still got Udon Noodles and found that out when I got home. Still had toask for my fountain drink cup when I got the food too. Call me crazy but when I?m already paying close to $18-20 for a mealcombo which is already pretty pricey as is, I expect to get my order correct according to my receipt without a lime on the topthat looks to be old and already squeezed and with the correct noodle. My food didn't look like the picture I was lacking garnish. I also found a rubber band in the bottom of my food box underneath... my food. Sorry to say I hate most of my food before i noticed. Being a red seal cook myself! How can I go back there? Read more
