The worst customer service ever. Was using the app and they kept scanning my card redeeming the coupon then voiding it. Told me... oh you just have to pay full price... What the hell. This place always screws up orders. The last 3 times my family has gone atleast 1 of our orders have been completely wrong. Last... time we went my mum ordered a maple bacon breakfast sandwich and my dad ordered a farmers wrap (I just got a drink and it wasfine). They repated the order back and it was good. We got the order and we got 2 farmers wraps instead of my moms sandwich.Which like, okay, mistake whatever. But then when she went inside to get it replaced they said they couldn?t do anything causewe paid for the wrap not the sandwich, WHICH WAS THEIR FAULT!! No refund no replacement. So my dad insisted that we go backthrough the drivethru to get her her sandwich (like a gentleman), and she got her sandwich, JOKES OF COURSE IT WASNT THATEASY, no she checked it and it was a sausage sandwich instead of a maple bacon one. My dad handed it back and FINALLY they gother her sandwich. The workers are always rude and pushy and rushing. We?ve also gotten a couple breakfast sandwiches that juststraight up had egg shell in them. They all need to just take 5 seconds, take a deep breath and collect themselves before theydo anything. This is absolutely by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of going to. All the workers are rude,... interrupt you and talk over everything you say. They don't listen and get your order wrong every single time. When you get tothe window they don't even say hi or tell you your total $$. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. This locationeither needs completely new workers, better ways of training or new management. This is what our everything bagels with EXTRAherb and garlic cream cheese looks like EVERY time!!! Overcharged and rude service, won't be back. Edit: went back after a month just to see, ordered 2 farmers breakfast wraps and... the hashbrowns on both were SO dried out and crunchy it was basically unbearable to eat (and I'm far from picky) My toddlerwanted nothing to do with it , but my husky got a treat in his opinion so, thanks for the dog food Tim's ????
