I tried to rectify my elderly mother in laws mistake of accidently tipping. The worker tried to help and fix it, but her manager... basically said that it was my mother in laws error and too bad. I realize it might have been a bit hard to fix because thereceipt was thrown out, (but she did manage to find the transaction and printed the receipt out which showed the problem), maybeoffer a coupon for the amount?
