Ordered lunch this afternoon for the family and I. Everything was awesome, except for the absolute rotting lettuce they put on... my chicken sandwich. Fully brown, slimy lettuce. Do they think people just wont know or care enough to notice? There is no wayanyone who made that sandwich, would eat the lettuce they put on my food. This is an expensive fast food place to eat at, Iexpect at least relatively fresh ingredients. Please do better. Read more
To make a long story short we had a very bad experience at this location. Luckily after contacting the manager they made things... right for us and we are exteremly grateful. The food here is top notch, not dry and definitely not greasy. I haven't had marybrowns in almost 10 years and tonight and it exceeded my expectations. Very disappointed at this location. Yesterday I went in to order some lunch and I had my government certified service dog with... me. An employee came over and tried to get me to leave, stating that I could not bring an animal inside. He suggested I tie myservice dog outside. Public businesses are required by law to serve a customer even if they have a service animal. And it isillegal to discriminate against customers with a service animal. Read more
There was so much sauce on my big Mary burger I had to throw it away and purchase a drink somewhere else to get the spicy taste... out of my mouth. I love spicy sauce but not when theres more than the burger itself. Read more
