Absolutely pathetic. With places like Mary Browns and Popeyes in Sherwood Park there is no reason anyone should eat at this KFC... franchise. In fact the KFC company should be embarrassed. My 20 piece bucket was a joke. Overly greasy, cold and extra smalldark meat which included 9 thighs, 8 drums and 3 things that might be a wing ?? Used a coupon and was charged more than listed on the coupon?.the person at the till indicated that the coupon was no longer... valid, yet the coupon clearly had no expiry, only stated ?while supplies last?. I asked to speak to the manager and the man saidhe ?was? the manager. He was very condescending?telling me I had to go to the KFC.ca to get a different coupon. In the endagreed to give me the product, but charged me more than the coupon price. Meanwhile, a customer standing nearby said to me thatthey did the same thing to him! That was our first and last visit to this location?..will not support a location that has thispoor customer service attitude, nor the thought that they do not need to honour coupons that are from KFC. How many times dothey do this when I would be 1 of 3 people in the store and 2 of us had this same experience?, UPDATE: Head office said toemail them privately?. Nothing at all was done. Tried going with my family. Two employees very rudely denied us service and refused to let us speak to the manager. At this... point the next step would have been to contact the police. Lucky them, we're busy people and didn't have enough time to sitthere all day over a poorly made burrito so we chose to leave this time. We did contact KFC about the incident and hope they getsome kind of re training seeing how lacking they were. I'll probably come back at some point when I have more time and see ifthey've learned anything. Read more
Would give zero stars. Two different employees tried to deny my husband access because he has a service dog. Then when they... tried to ask their manager about it he waved them away to say he was too busy to talk to us. A formal complaint has been placedwith KFC. Denying entry to a service dog is a fineable offence, and is a human rights act violation. Looking forward to hearingfrom the manager. Read more

Absolutely terrible. I recieved the wrong drink, 2 completely flat soggy tacos, and fries supreme with 1 teaspoon of meat + 1... cup of lukewarm cheese. No utensils either. The food wasn't even hot. And that was after waiting in the drive thru for 25minutes. If I didn't have a crying baby with me I would have went inside and requested a refund. Read more
