When you spend 27+ dollars on two combos and they dont want to provide at least one sweet sauce per combo ...... why should i... get my chock3n sandwiches here ? So I ordered through the KFC on line app as Uber had 45 min wait for delivery,then KFC they called me and asked if I'd like my... order earlier as the app said it would take till 8:26. I said yes I'd like it as soon as possible as that's why I didn't useUber. Well after about an hour I called and asked what's going on and the lady said the the driver had not shown up yet. So Isaid okay and asked if it was going to be much longer and if my food was going to be cold? She assured me that it will be packedfresh when driver shows up and it will be hot at time of delivery. Oh and the delivery would be in half hour. Reasons for onlygiving one star 1~ when my food showed up it had been 1hour 25min 2~The driver said that he picked up the order 45min ago (15minbefore I was told that the driver had not shown up yet) 3~ We ordered 2 orders of 6 chicken strips for a total of 12 and therewas only 10 4~ we ordered 2 large (family size) orders of fries and and they were crushed and mushy. 5~ we ordered gravy for thefries and that tasted good but we had to microwave it as it was cold. 6~ ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD. I CALLED AND TRIED TO TALK TOTHE LADY AGAIN TO SEE WHAT SHE WOULD DO AS AFTER SPENDING 50.00 ON 12 CHICKEN STRIPS (ONLY GETTING 10) AND 2 ORDERS OF FRIESTHAT WERE SQUISHED AND AND A ORDER OF COLD GRAVY AND ALL SHE HAD TO SAY WAS THATS KIND OF HOW IT GOES WHEN YOU ORDER TAKE OUT.SO I SAID WHEN I ORDER DELIVERY I SHOULD EXPECT IT TO TAKE AN HOUR AND A HALF AND TO HAVE ITEMS MISSING AND FOR IT TO BE COLD? East Indian female staff do not understand English when I ask for 2 chicken Keel white meat breasts. As well, since they are... wearing masks and have heavy accents, you cannot understand THEM! This is twice that they substitute white meat for dark sidemeat breasts, of course charging the higher Keel price! The dark meat breasts are covered with so much breading that you cannottell the difference until you bite into it! On this final occurrence, I had to drive back there to make the change.
