We ordered delivery, were missing items, it was all cold, and the ribs were dry and overcooked, for $30 very disappointing. And... $7 yam fries were soggy and not cooked. For the price it was extremely disappointing and they dont take phone calls after 6 sowe weren't even able to go pick up our missing food or get it delivered etc. Read more
Tried going out for a nice thanksgiving dinner with the family and was utterly disgusted with the lack of preparation they had... done. Obviously it?s going to be busy and you need to prepare more for that. We all ordered the thanksgiving special. They wereout of mashed potatoes?? How? Easy enough to make. They didn?t give us any chalet sauce for our chicken. The stuffing was coldand the buns and butter were rock hard. They ran out of pumpkin pie and they didn?t give us the chocolate at the end either?theygave us frozen frickin lemon meringue pies instead of pumpkin pie. For chicken on a bun, literally white meat on a bun and nothing else. With fries, a swiss chalet sauce, a mayo packet, and a... large pickle it was 20 DOLLARS! The chicken, bun, fries, sauce was all good but for 20 DOLLARS. Not worth it at all compared towhat you can get at other restaurants or even the grocery store for the same cost. I have eaten at swiss chalet for many years, I know what cooked chicken looks like and feels like. The pink neatwas rubbery! They wanted to give me a replacement, um no thank you! Will DEFINITELY never eat here again!! Bad business!! Do noeat here. Bad management as well.
