Pre Ordered my breakfast to go. Waited a long time still. Got my pancakes raw and runny in the middle. Went back for a refund... and was told they are unable to be provided one. I wont be going here again. Ruined my morning. Read more
Worst service ever received. 1 other table and yet we werent even offered coffee refills. Definitely won't be back
Went to have breakfast at 7 am and it was closed, doesn?t open until 9 am. This restaurant is in a hotel so you?d think it... would open a lot earlier. People start work long before that, so it must be frustrating for anyone staying there and haven?t tofind breakfast somewhere else, pretty sad actually. Smittys used to be a great spot for breakfast/brunch. The service has gone way down hill and I see why its always empty now. So... unfortunate as we used to enjoy going for brunch there. There are many places with better service and we will be going somewhereelse again. Read more
