worst experience I ever had, in last 4 days they gave me wrong coffee twice, on top of it instead of accepting their mistake,... the staff starts arguing and fighting, they should be given proper training on customer service, such a rude behavior and badattitude. Read more
Several weeks ago i called and complained that this location was over charging me for my deal as part of their loyalty program.... Because of a 5$ difference one day, and the fact Tim Horton's has done 0 to deal with this issue, it has cost them 10$ a dayfrom me and i have gone to mcdonalds instead grand total so far over 100$ in just me alone. Good grief. It?s hard to believe a place like this can still be in business based on the way they yell at customers. I asked to... purchase on set of commemorative 2021 NHL hockey sticks and was abruptly refused because my order order was $23; and the Tim ?semployee said that the minimum purchase needed to be $25, prior to tax.
