Food was okay and portions were smaller than expected!! Got two pizzas one large and one medium and 2 appetizer dishes. Wish I... took pictures to show how small our portions were the appetizers were ridiculously small not nearly enough to share betweenthree people. The calamari was not good and it was exceptionally small I’m talking the size of my thumb some of those rings.Pizzas were also quite small for the “large” and “medium”! Came here on a Sunday the service and food was horrible. The staff seemed to have just given up because they wanted to close the... restaurant and go home. Our server didn’t give us plates for our food until we asked which isn’t a big deal but there wereonly a few other customers so it was not like they were swamped. We got disgustingly oily cactus cuts that were barely cooked.The server did not ask us for refills and didn’t bring us new plates for our mains. No garlic bread with the pasta. Pizzatasted like cardboard. We had to ask for most things because the server was busy chatting up her coworkers. The food was just asbad as the service. By far the worst Boston Pizza I have ever visited. Resturant itself was filthy - dirty floors, dirty table, dirty menus,... washrooms looked like they were never cleaned. Staff looked overwhelmed and 'thrilled' to be there. No one came to our tablefor close to 20 min. Food orders were incorrect incredibly slow in coming and what did come was low quality. Oreo milkshake -they made it with citrus slush........milk based drink mixed with citrus slush......let that sink in. Not evenpalatable. Overall - find another BP location to visit as it is clear this one has set a new low standard. Read more
