I have been going to this place since I was a kid, the previous owners were family friends. Since ownership changed I continued... to order from there. I?ve been a long time supporter. A few nights ago my family placed an order for delivery, we repeated ourorder more than once and made sure to spell out the address. We were told it would take 45 minutes and an 1.5 hours later itarrived? understandable considering the weather and the delivery driver was very nice! However once we opened the bag werealized we were missing one of our items. I looked at the receipt and noticed we had not been charged for it either but itwas the one item my child wanted to eat. I called and mentioned what had happened and asked if I could have the missing itemsent out as it was my daughters dinner. I told them I had not been charged there had just been a mistake when taking the orderand was more than willing to pay for the item. I was rudely told over and over again while not being able to get a word in that?it?s my fault I didn?t order it? When I tried to explain things I was called a liar and told if I wanted the item I?d have towait another hour and a half and pay not only for the item but an additional $5 for the delivery. At this point I had been namecalled and shouted at by their employee so I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager only works one day a week andthey were not there. Then I was put on hold and the same lady came back stating she WAS the manager. She called me a liar againand that was when I said they had lost a long time customer and if their staff doesn?t learn to treat people with respect theywill continue to lose them. Holy smokes. Went here the other night. Amazing sized portions and the lemon chicken was the best I?ve ever had in my 35 years.... I am not big on seafood but I know the difference between shrimp sizes and taste and they were massive in the chow mein. Will bemost definitely be bringing my parents here when they come back from Mexico , they winter in mazatlan partly because they loveshrimp so much, and I can?t wait for them to try it. So so yum. I had dinner here as a group of 10 and the food was delicious! Everything came out quickly and in large portions. We had so many... leftovers. I would recommend the bbq pork. They make it in house and as a person who has eaten it from many places in Edmontonand area, I can say that it was sooo good. Perfectly moist. Read more

We had a large order delivered last night and were quite disappointed. The egg rolls and chicken balls were so thick and hard... that you could hardly cut them. The chicken fried rice wasn't fried at all. It just looked like steamed rice with bits ofchicken, etc. in it. Also the food was all cold. On the positive side, the food came quite quickly and the delivery man wasvery nice. Read more

Ordered dinner for my family of 4 and was ok but does not reflect what you pay for. They show you a bill for $98.00 dollars and... then show you a discount to $85.00 . The beef chop suey was not a dish that had fresh broccoli or carrots in it but rather somechunks of beef loaded up with a lots of bean sprouts. Didn?t taste bad but just made the dish look cheap. Lots of onions inthere dishes to that taste pretty raw and not cooked. My suggestion is more fresh vegetables ???? less bean sprouts. Read more
