I frequent this Starbucks very often it?s always my go to one. Usually the staff are very friendly and it?s always fast. But... today I went at around 11:50 am with my friend and we went through the drive through. We ordered specifically a ICED sugarcookie oat latte and when we got to the window a lady with blonde curly hair gave us a hot one. Of course it?s not a big dealbut me and my friend kindly asked if we could have the iced one instead because that?s what we originally ordered we were metwith instant attitude when we were being nothing but nice. She slammed the window on us and then when she gave us the iced latteshe said next time make sure you get your order right? my friend reassured her that we did indeed asked for it iced. And shegave us a very snarky comment. And replied mmm I don?t think you did.. Honestly I was shocked because I?ve been frequenting thisspecific Starbucks for years and I?ve never been treated like that. Especially when we were being nothing but kind to her.. Idon?t think that barista really fits in with your company and I feel as if she keeps treating customers like that it couldtarnish this Starbucks? reputation. She should be re trained at the least. Best Starbucks in Sherwood Park. Great staff. Occasional long line ups at the drive through, but that's a Covid issue. Winter... isn't that far away at the time of this writing, and the surface of the drive thru and lot area sometimes have real ice issues.Hiring a company to clear the driveway and lot before opening, (when required), would attract more business. Like othercompanies, this store is currently experiencing a supply chain problem with some food items.
