I haven't been to any KFC in over twenty years. It is definitely not the same. The meat was mushy, if that's possible. The taste... was barely there and had almost none of the intensity I remember. I will NEVER go to KFC again. And it was so freaking expensivefor what you get. I think even the staff knows how bad the food is. Read more
This location has gone super downhill over the last few years.. I went through drive thru, ordered 2 taco bell meals, a couple... extra tacos, and a KFC meal. Paid and then was told to go park in front of store. 3 or 4 cars parked after me... after 10-15minutes all the other vehicles were gone, but they had an order they were trying to find where it went. I spoke with the workerand said what I had ordered, and not recieved yet. She mumbled something about finding the owner to this order in her hand andthen went back inside the store. I sat waiting with no idea what was happening with my meal. No one came to my vehicle toapologize, or to tell me my order was being made after 25 minutes of waiting. I was tired of waiting and went inside and said Iwanted a refund, the worker said a woman took my meal and they were remaking my order now. No apology about the 30 minutes I hadnow been waiting. I don't go to drive thru to be left waiting for that long. Sorry, not sorry, but I was past being patient andsaid no I would just like a refund. I admit I was rude when leaving and as I was walking out said they could of had someone comeout and say something instead of leaving customers in the dark after 20 minutes. If you're going to be parking your drive thru customers, get a system going with it, have signs for parking spots, or give receipts and check them before handing outorders. I gave a star because they did give me a refund but they have terrible customer service and communication. Read more
Service on GNR is terrible. The food is tossed in the bag. This location doesn't care about their business or the food they... sell. The head Franchise should do an inspection. Get it together. Your drive through is empty compared to your competitors!!What does that tell you!! Read more
This KFC definitely needs to get their things together. We were just stopping by the city for the night from a 12hr ride from... the west. Starving & Tired. Ordered delivery from this KFC 50mins before closing time. Waited 50-1hr just to find out that thislocation closed earlier than closing time and our courier was not able to pick up our food. If you guys are closing early maybealert the couriers early so they can just wait a bit instead of closing your doors on them. Read more
