You regained our business with your quick reply, and very clear values and work ethic. Changes from one star to5! Original Post: Instead of owning a mistake your employee was aggressive, unprofessional and despicable. No one deserves howhe spoke to me... He essentially treated me as "you're a woman so shut up about the problem you paid for". I was polite, untilthe 2nd call after he would not listen at all! Tried to reach the owners, but no call back as of yet. Skip will deal with it Iguess & the repeat orders from us will cease immediately. How dare your employee behave that way. He made a mistake, but insteadbecame demeaning, unprofessional and gross attitude. Never again! Read more
