Tables are unclean - crumbs etc litter the tops. It was not very busy so someone could have gone around cleaning up.
The guy at the drive thru window today has no idea what customer service means. His name is Prateek I?m not sure I tried to read... the name tag but it was pretty vanished. I order two drinks. I was driving my car by myself. I only asked him ?can I have a tryplease?? And this guy stared and gave expressions like I asked for money. He shoved the try at my face in my car windows. Honestly nothing ever wrong when I go here for lunch or a snack. Friendly staff greetings inside and through drive through.
