Our first visit was wonderful, service was slow but friendly. Second visit was only okay. Food was served cold and drinks were... slow. Tried for a third time, food was served in takeout containers with foil on top, beer tap lines were warm so no beer servedbc it was too foamy. We gave it a good try, and wanted to love it, but just couldn't. Also, $18 for 4 potato skins is insanepricing. We were inspired to do them at home where we didn't have to pay wages to staff that wanted to be anywhere else butthere. Read more
Was in for a reunion last month? the tattooed girl with long black hair was in charge of service, tried her best to keep... everyone on task. She served all the food alone and ran around making sure our tables were clean ensuring we were happy alongthe way and that our servers were on top of keeping our drinks filled. Where did she go? A few of us were in last night and theysaid she quit that?s too bad. It?s not often you find a server who goes above and beyond. Now you come to our new serverterrible. Drinks took about half hour to come out. Our food looked like someone?s leftovers just thrown in a basket. No dips. When we were done eating our plates just sat at our table until we got up to pay. The first night our group went to Finns there was a 50th High School reunion so service was a little slow which was... understandable. The food was amazing, tasty and hot, the pricing was quite high for bar food but the delciousness of itoutweighed the price. The second time, I went alone, the bar was dead, I sat on the patio and waited 10 minutes with no onecoming to check on me. So I had to go inside and ask for service. The last time I went with a group a week later, the bar wasdead, service was even more dead and the excuse was "they're new", the high priced food was served to us in take out containerswrapped in tin foil, it was cold and took a while. The beer on tap kept "running out" so we were left with very little options.For such a place with potential, avoid this disappointment of an establishment and head to 2nd Ave and visit O'sheas Irish pub,I know I will. This was the third time I had gone to Finns' patio only to be told it wasn't open. Inside, the service was quite bad. After... sitting for 1/2 hour, we had to ask for menus. There was no luncheon special and prices were higher than similar places. Although two of us ordered the quesadilla, the chip portions were not equal. Our bills were all mixed up and blame put on thecash machine. None of us are anxious to go there again. (The one plus is that the air-conditioner was working.) Read more

Had a family dinner. There was 10 of us including my 4 month old grandson. Food was good and the staff were great!
