State & Main is one of our favourite go to places, mainly for the ‘Main Burger’. This evening we used Skip the dishes to... order our dinner. It’s always a gamble when ordering two of the same meal on Skip because you have to wonder if the cooksalways see the 2 beside the order. Our meal arrived missing one of our burgers. We contacted State & Main because we were verymuch looking forward to it. The girl who answered the phone was very kind and polite, and the manager Dave was phenomenal. Hepersonally offered to bring us a new one, which in our minds was above and beyond already. We know how short staffed everywhereis right now including the restaurant industry and this was way more than we could have asked for. Dave arrived with our mealand on top of that they added in two desserts. This was way above and beyond our expectations. Thank you so much State & Mainfor a wonderful meal and even better service.
