The foods delicious but this place seriously has the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. Staff are often rude and fail... to understand things. Upon calling you?re often placed on hold and then no one returns to the call. Delivery every time tends totake at least two hours. And now this time our food was delivered to a wrong address after two hours of waiting and they refusedto do anything for us as they were going to be closing. This place needs a major staff revamp. Well we placed an order and after being given our total and delivery time of 1 hour we assumed everything was good. We waited,... waited and continued to wait thinking they were super busy. I called and waited on hold for almost 20 minutes, then when I askedwhere our order was, I was rudely told by the girl answering that they never placed it. They didn't bother to call us to tell usour order wouldn't be coming, she didn't care. She said we could do it again and wait another hour or more. The front was little run down. Broken couch, and the cooler had no cover so you could see the dirt. The service was really slow... and I wasn't even gonna wait any longer. I paid allready. I normally really enjoyed these guys. Especially their chicken strips. They were alway really tender and meaty. I ordered them... last night and they were like crunchy, old store bought frozen chicken fingers. Really gross honestly. The bone in wings I gottasted alright but I got the sense they something was just off. I don't know if they changed ownership or something recently butthey are not the same at all. Read more
