Disgusting. No one speaks English so of course there are a million mistakes. All their locations are just filthy now. Feces on... the floors in the public washrooms. My son age 5 refused to go in due to the smell. Our order was very mixed up. Also therewere about 14 natives in the shop just hanging around and as soon as we went to our car, they were begging and when declined wewere very verbally abused. All in all, a very poor experience. TERRIBLE DRY OLD CHICKEN. GRUBBY MANAGER WITH BEARD CLAIMS ITS MADE "FRESH" AT LUNCHTIME. ITS NOW 3:44PM SO THAT IS NOT FRESH.... NO APOLOGY HE GRABS THE MEAL FROM ME. GRUMBLING AND WHINING HE SAYS "KAREN HERE NEEDS 4 NEW PIECES OF CHICKEN." THE PLACE ISFILTHY. IT COST ME $30 FOR A 4 PIECE MEAL AND LARGE POPCORN CHICKEN TO TAKE HOME. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I CAN SEE I COULD HAVE GOT AWAY BETTER DEAL IF I GOT THE DOUBLE BUCKET FEST FOR $37. We went there to get food for the family and they told us they had the chicken cooking but wasn?t done so they said that we... would have to wait 20 minutes 30 minutes later I went in and stood there for 5 before anyone decided to talk to me and when theyfinally did I asked what was going on and the lady told me yeah the cookers took longer to warm up then expected and I wouldhave to wait 5 more minutes. She acted like I was sitting there for 5 minutes not 35 after she told me only 20 so I go backoutside 10 minutes later they finally come out with the food would not recommend going there ever service is horrible and theydon?t care about there customers at all Read more
It was late and I needed food on a long drive. To be honest the regular fried chicken sandwich special was very disappointing. ... The roll was soft and tasteless, the chicken and coating had very little flavor. The sandwich came with two large globs ofmayo, top and bottom, enough for 6 sandwiches.
