Not my first time at Shoeless Joe's. Usually, it's great! We decided to order online this time. I ordered the maple peppercorn... bacon & cheddar burger which was good. My husband, however, got their buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. This sandwich is aglorified chicken tender in a dinner roll with some pickles. What's worse is it is similar in price to the burger I ordered,which was significantly larger. The sandwich was $19.79 and the burger was $19.35. **UPDATE** After my previous review, I had the opportunity to have a conversation with Ryan, who expressed genuine concern, an... invitation to return and commitment to make our next experience a better one . I felt his response went above and beyond theusual, and he clearly takes pride in his business. I’ve added a star to my review because I appreciate his response, we’lllikely be back, thanks Ryan. Seems like a nice place but here was our experience. We arrived at around 1:30pm Sunday afternoon- cleared our bill with our server when her shift ended at 3pm. We moved to another section to have a better view of thefootball game, we planned to have a meal as well. We sat from 3:00-5:30pm, watched the game and no one stopped by our table theentire time to ask if we needed anything. Two servers and who we assume was the owner or manager walked by our table severaltimes and didn’t acknowledge us. We left, walked across the street to Boston Pizza lounge and had our dinner there.
