We were so disappointed... Waited 40 minutes for our meal... My wife had loch and cream cheese on a bagel.. The bagel was so... hard she had difficulty biting into it and difficulty cutting it with a knife.. My tuna melt was horrible.. We complained to theserver, who was great to us - not her fault... She spoke to the manager and our meals were complimentary but we left hungry..Will never have lunch there again Read more
Was not an overall great experience. We were sat quickly, but then did not receive acknowledgment from our server- it was over... 10 minutes before a supervisor came over and gave us waters and took our order. We waited then at least another 20 beforereceiving 1 smoothie, I had asked another server and the supervisor about the smoothie within that time as we saw multipleother tables receive thier drinks and smoothies before us who had been there 20 minutes after our arrival, the supervisorrefunded the smoothie because of the wait which we appreciated. Then our food came- it was delicious and prepared well. We thenfinished and ended up just going up to the server to pay. Overall would have been nice to just get better service. Read more
Love this location. There is a waitress that works early mornings that is the best server we get at any restarant. The food is... always so good. Coffee is good. Fresh, delicious food. Good service. Worth every penny. Read more
