Came through the drive thru today and ordered only a happy meal for my son. It came with no toy and he is devastated. I can't... believe the most straight forward order possible and now we have to go out to another McDonald's and try again. Unbelievablydisappointed. Read more
Food was excellent the service was horrible the female staff that came to the till was very unpleasant. From what I... saw table's had Food smeared on them a couple of unfortunate soul's we're sleeping in the corner, very very under agedchildren we're running around the restaurant with no parents to be seen it was obvious to me kids came to hang outparents at home . The manager during the day needs to step up and be aware that the atmosphere in the restaurant isn't what it should be. Read more
I'm not Mc Donald's person. I probably have ate it 3 times as much from the time I've lived in Canada. But the other day I went... in the dine in, thinking that it will be faster than the drive thru... I was wroooong. Long short story, they missed somethingon my order, and of course I didn't realized until i was about to eat, as i hsd an extreme busy day. So.. I called and theytold me I could come back and pick it up next time. Even tho it was inconvenient for me, we had to drive all the way back... Iget it, mistakes happen and I can imagine how hard it is to work there at MC's restaurant and the lots of customer they have todeal with. I just wish they would've deliver it! Just wishing.... But at least they trusted me when I explained the manager andgave me the right order at the end without having to pay extra. Read more
This is my 3rd time in the drive-thru, long waits at this location not sure why it?s not dealt with yet. But this is the longest... I?ve ever waited in a drive-thru. Half hour wait so far, tonight. I can?t leave as there?s no way exit with vehicles in front &behind, so I?m forced to wait for this line to move which it?s not. August 4th 12:40am figure out who was working and fix thesituation.
