I just visited A & W (Market Mall location) and I am extremely happy with the service provided to us. Around 2 pm, I was in A &... W line up and just saw a girl wearing tie working really hard and smart. I think she was the only person who was working at thattime. So, she was taking and making the orders at the same time. I got really impressed because she was so calm and she wasgiving exceptional customer service during the busy time as well. When I was giving the order, she guided me with the menu whichhelped me to decide the perfect lunch for me and my kid. Moreover, the food was really delicious and fresh which made my day.Before leaving the food court, I went up to her to appreciate her and I also asked her name so that I can make sure that shegets the appreciation from A & W for all the exceptional work she was doing.
