It was a beautiful day to be on the deck! My guests and I all had the Thursday off so we were not in a rush. The waitress was... alone and seemed to have a difficult time keeping up and often needed to check on this or that. The food was delicious and andthe correct temperature. For the value and the amount received it was comparable to many other restaurants. The lunch trio for$11.99 was a good price for a small eater. The waitress was friendly enough but did find it challenging to get the bill doneaccording to our request. The drinks were cold and at a reasonable price. Read more
So, pretty disappointed in the service today. Food was great, but our server was not. Got our order mixed up, didn't bring any... forks or napkins (another server brought us some when we finally asked), and didn't come back to check on us until we flaggedhim down to ask for a bone bucket and some more water...after he went by the empty glass about 4 times to other tables. My boyfriend and I decided to eat here because we didn’t wanna cook and this was the closest place we could go. We ordered 8... piece wings and for two fajitas. The chicken was covered 70% with breading (which we barely finished) and the fajitas wassupposed to come with pulled pork and chicken, but we only got the beef with it. When we started eating I noticed hair on myfood which turned off my appetite so fast. I was as polite as I can when I talked to the server as I used to work costumerservice before. I talked to the manager then she asked if I wanted it for take out instead which doesn’t make sense to mebecause why would I want to still eat the food that was messed up in the first place and then discovering hair in it? I justasked to pay for 50% for everything even though our food was barely touched. We left with our table still full of food andhungry. I would not recommend this branch. I was shocked at the minimum effort for costumer service specially for who ever the manager was. This occurred on June 6, 2022 at around 9-10pm. Read more

6:50 pm Tables and menus are wet with (I hope) sanitizer. Not a good look. Sanitizer does not need to be dripping and puddling... to be effective. Lounge service was not great. We had to ask repeatedly for water 7:15 pm No napkins came with our garlic andcheese pull apart bread, I had to get napkins from the front service counter. Also there was no bacon or green onion on thebread as stated in the menu. 7:26 pm After asking for water yet again it arrived. 7:28 pm Main meal arrived. Everything was asrequested and was adequate although my wife found hers to be overly salty (picture of salt on potato skin used in cooking) Byfar the worst service we have had from any Montana's. It was friendly enough but definitely did not meet the basic minimumrequirements expected. Greatly disappointed with this Montana's location. Read more
