Just got home from hrs on the road and thought we would treat ourselves to a Pizza Hut. When I opened the box the pizza was... mangled and in a big pile on the one side of the box. When I called they wanted to see the pizza, which was fine, but we werestarving and wanted to eat now. Asked for my 2L drink that they forgot when I received my order, called they said they?d fix it, they called me to confirm (I... was confused by the question and didn?t know what he was asking, so I just said yes. Our order was mixed up with someone else?s order - different pizzas. The lady on the phone was so nice, sympathetic and... patient. They sent out another order of pizzas - upsizing it for our troubles. Very good customer service thing to do! Irespectfully thanked her for asking her boss to do this for us.
