Wendys food is always great but the customer service here is OUTRAGEOUSLY bad! The staff rush you threw Placing an order. Every... time you say one menu item they ask if you are done ordering. It's to the point where they cut you off while trying to orderadditional items. It really feels like they hate their job and they do not want to fulfill any orders or serve customers. I havebeen to this location several times and experience was the same thing every single time. The other day we asked for a vanillafrosty, To which the employee messed up and ordered us a coffee at 11 PM at night. No big, but When we got the coffee at thewindow and told her this is not what we ordered and asked for the correct drink she made such a fuss about it. She seemedextremely annoyed at US. When i repeated the order before proceeding to the window as i uses to manage taco time, i know howimportant hearing the menu items correctly can be. She was the one who made the mistake and we were very kind and letting herknow that she was mistaken and yet we were treated poorly because of it. The same employee served me tonight and belittled mefor her not giving me a straw when I asked for one. She insisted there was one I'm a bag and I had to show her there in fact wasnot. Over a straw. Please just let me order, pretend to be kind at least, and if a customer asks for a straw, just give it tothem. Read more
Service was absolutely terrible, no hustle at all, were given wrong burgers as to what my partner & I ordered, when I went back... to complain, Saul(not sure on spelling) dug thru receipts a pulled out receipt with regular baconators on it(my partner & I bothordered blazin baconator?s). I told Saul ?I don?t care what u punched in the till, we ordered the blazin baconator & that iswhat we expect? Not our fault if you are not listening to what we said. So he asked if we wanted new ones & I said yes wewould?..20 min later we finally got our burgers?..Terrible terrible service, if I could give a lower rating I would!!! Read more
To me Wendy's the franchise has gone down hill... They need to bring back the Big Classic it was their best burger, also my... fries with my order were so small I thought some fell in the bag.. But no.. They were just small, I realize the whole fast foodservice seems to be in trouble these days because of staffing, but someone has to step up first and take it back... Does not have supplies stocked, ordered a baked potato had to substitute French fries which were greasy. Noticed staff had... dropped a pile of lids on the dirty floor and she picked them up and put them back to be used. That is very wrong. Staff shouldtake a food safety course. I will never go back.
