Had breakfast this morning (Aug 17, 2022) and the food was what I expected from a greasy spoon diner. We had no issues with the... food. We were seated and had our entire order in before 9 am but received the bill after 9. The early bird discount of 15% wasnot applied to our bill even though the server ensured it would be when she put the order in. She couldn't be bothered to lookinto it before we left. 1st time visit. Horrible experience. The incompetent older serving woman Sandra made too many excuses as to why her obvious... condition caused her to not put in our order. We also had coffee spilled on our table without it being wiped up. I'm not surewhy she ignored us, I mean it's unprofessional to argue with customers to cover up your own inadequacy. So unimpressed. Theydid let us have the coffee for free. I can't endorse this place. Not when Denny's is right across the street and they're reviewfrom me was stellar. I always give the little guy a chance but this was awful. Customer service sucked. Hire more competentstaff. Read more
