This is one of the worst Tim Horton that I have visited. They charge me extra when I asked for an extra paper cup. No other Tim... Horton is charging extra for paper cup. It?s a cost of doing business that they you give extra cup, stir stick, Sugar/Splenda toyour customers as a complementary service for their purchase. Charging extra for these things means management only want to ripoff every penny from the customer. I wonder if they charge extra if you ask extra pump of syrup or extra milk in your coffee.
